Crystals, snowflakes,
Sharp and bright,
All bathing
In a world of light.
Beams and rays,
Through shadows slice,
From lowly hovel,
To paradise.
–
It spreads and scatters,
Dances and glows.
It floods and glitters.
It warms and shows.
–
Great solar flares,
Ever spouting.
Gentle flames,
On candles sprouting.
–
Vast galaxies glowing,
Through the black,
While glow-worms,
In gloomy caves,
Shine back.
–
Creating day
From every night.
For all to bathe
In a world of light.
